Phil J. L. Parker before forming Lywood David International Limited, the

UK training and consultancy company, worked in and around Lloyds Bank

Group dealing operations for the whole of his banking career spanning 25

years. Phil spent ten years as a foreign exchange and money market

dealer in Lloyds Bank International (LBI) in London. There then followed

three years during which he acted in an audit/consultancy role visiting

the bank's global dealing centres. At this time Phil was also involved

in redrafting the bank's treasury rule book. In the early 1980s based

back in London, Phil was given special responsibility for developing

computer-based dealer rate information and decision support systems for

use in the dealing environment.

In 1992 Phil left the bank and formed Lywood David International

Limited. Over the last ten years he has undertaken extensive training

and consultancy commissions across the globe and continues to present a

range of open training courses in London and overseas locations.

Through another company, Multimedia TradeWind Limited, working with

software developers TradeWind Design, Phil designs and markets

interactive computer-based training products developed using the latest
