Tim Knowles is Senior Lecturer in Hospitality Management in the Department of Tourism and Leisure at the University of Luton. He has gained extensive experience in the hospitality industry and was, for nearly three years, Head of the Information Department at the HCIMA - the industry's professional body. It is with this wealth of knowledge that he has been actively involved with academia for a number of years, at both undergraduate and postgraduate level.
