English for International Tourism is a three-level series designed to meet the English-language needs of professionals working in the tourism industry and students of tourism in further education.

- build confidence in professional skills such as dealing with enquiries, marketing destinations, negotiating and speaking to groups.
- acquire specialized terminology.

- practise language skills by means of realistic case studies.
English for International Tourism is recommended as preparation for the LCCI English for Tourism exams.
Case studies
Each unit of English for International Tourism coursebook ends with a case study that’s linked to a tourism theme. They are based on real-life tourism issues or situations and are designed to encourage students to seek solutions (problem-solving skills).
The case studies build on the language and professional skills that the students have acquired in the unit.
The DVD-ROM that comes with the course book includes travel DVDs with accompanying worksheets.
